Worst experience
We arrive at 2 pm , we had booked a room of two , we had a family , with 4 elderly , we had no plans of using the room , we booked it to freshen up only, the guy ok reception , was extremely rude to us and told you should have booked three rooms if you wanted the washroom , he was extremely unhelpful plus disrespectful as if he owns the property. In the end he allowed only two of us to go and all my parents above 60 have to wait on the sofa where they didn’t switch on the ac too , so we will just leave only. Worst experience ever , do not book this hotel.

Terrible Stay
Not at all good service, ordered breakfast and mentioned to make it less spicy, still, it was terrible, He’ll spicy. Called reception, 34×2 for the hot water. Still, there was no hot water. GST rules were changing from next day. It was not my problem right still, they ask us to pay the bill of the TO.correct and when I paid at the reception invented into my room, still there was a call that you need to pay the bill. I mean you guys are changing the rules for the GST. Right that's not my problem. You can't irritate a guest calling them. 34 times to pay the bill and when it has already been paid.

Terrible Stay
I reached around 12noon and they said i have to wait to check in because room wasnt vacant… it took around 40mins for the previous occupant to vacate the room and till then i have to wait.. after the checkin i found out that cleaning wasnt done properly…and they didnt keep a kettle inside my room.. tv was not working too.. have to call reception umpteen number of times for kettle and still they didnt keep it.. they always reassured me that it will be kept in 10mins … finally it was kept in my room around 9pm on 16th of august… it took them 33 hours to find a kettle and hand it over

Excellent Stay
The room was comfortable. The breakfast spread was just about enough and delicious. The staff was cordial and helpful throughout the stay. They even provide car wash for additional charges but a good option especially when we were travel-ling by our own car with a toddler.
