Clean, comfortable stay with convenient parking
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, and the hospitality was excellent. Most importantly got car parking. Would definitely recommend!

Good stay
The property's location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. The food was delicious with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Amenities like the [pool/spa/gym] were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it!

the manager was too rude and they are not approachable, washroom smell was very bad and also strains around the washroom. not worth

Poorly maintained property
Conjusted rooms, small corridor, small lift, old towels, smelly cupboard, dirty washroom, water Tap from 19s which was soiled and was not turntable , cockroaches found , they don't have dine in area for breakfast instead they are providing parcel breakfast plates from outside in your room.

businessNothing in the hotel is as per photographs shown while booking. They charged for a night, it doesn't worth 1000 per night. Beware do not book this property.

Horrible stay at The Royal Star hotel Chennai
It was horrible to stay in hotel. Hotel people don't know about booking. My booking was there. We reached hotel around 10 pm in night and struggle for room till 11:30 pm. Hotel people are arrogant and night 11 pm asking to go anywhere (go and search hotel). It's really horrible.

Terrible Stay
The room offered for 3 adults and one kid is too small and there was no space to put extra bed also in make my trip I had opted for 3 adults and one kid but what they had given just one twin bed approx size was 9x10. Later I requested slightly bigger room with same twin big and I had to pay extra. The water in washbasin and wall mixtures is jet black water later it becomes grey water in the early morning. Toilets are stinking with cigarette smoke from the other toilets ventilated with single duct. Over all its bad stay and I don’t recommend anyone as there was lot of mosquitoes and I was not given the all out liquid also from house keeping staff.
