Very bad experience, terrible.

Very nice stay. Clean and adequate rooms with all amenities.

It was good stay @ abad villas. Rooms were clean and and stay for family was over all good. Mr. Babu a care taker was helping and taken good care of us.

It's value for money considering the price. Plus the location isn't on the beach but still provides great vantage views. Gopal the caretaker was supportive too

A plus to have but unfortunately obscured by buildings and trees!

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was still as well maintained. This time me and my friend, 2 girls, stayed together and was just as expected - neat, safe, comfortable. The care taker is very very good and helpful as well as non interfering. The bathroom was also kept neat, good shower just the kind you need after a walk to the beach. There is a private beach near this so it's safer too.

Location - good, very close to vizhinam light house. Can see the sea from a corner of the house. It’s a house, not well maintained. Access to the ground floor room is through a flight of steep stairs. Room is not at all spacious. Toilet is clean, basic kits as shampoo, soap & moisturiser provided. Nothing more. Breakfast limited to bread, butter / jam & omlette. No other choice. Lunch & dinner you can have in the shacks near lighthouse beach about 10 mins walk from abads. In totality very basic guest house. There is no provision for car parking in the property. Best part is the property caretaker mr. Gopal who will extend all possible help to make your stay comfortable as far as possible.

Very good, professional service and worry free stay. 1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer. 4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free.

The property was really nice and I enjoyed it a lot. The location was easily accessible. The caretaker was very cooperative. The food was delicious. It must be recommended to others.

Stay was good but, I was expecting property should be front of the Beach but it was not, it was walking distance from the Beach. A person was helping us. He was very cooperative. We asked for breakfast and they provided us, he even arranged a cab for us. He was very sweet person.
