Kid friendly pl
Our one-day villa stay was fantastic! Surrounded by nature, the villa offered clean, airy rooms and was very kid-friendly, even having safety nets on doors. The recreation room had great toys for all ages. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We loved the swing and hammock, and the book library had good reads. Highly recommend for a short, refreshing getaway!
Not a place to stay aai bungalow
businessThe most uncomfortable stay in konkan belt. Very far from actual locations, full of restrictions with regards to the food we eat, water we drink. The owners will ask you to eat what they serve you, cheap useless food.

Sir, please be mindful of the fact that you had done first booking for 5 days and extended your booking for another 5 days in continuation. Its unbelievable that a guest who is so unhappy about the stay extends the booking for many more days particularly when there are many other homestay / hotel options around. Any way, your reviews dont seem to be in good spirit. Still, thanks for visiting Aai bungalows. Thanks.
Aai bungalow is not a right place in ratnagiri
businessVery disturbing and disgusting place can’t even explain, they will not allow you to have a me time. They don’t allow you to have beer or a drink.

Sir, our sincere apology for the stated inconvenience if so. However, the points you have raised in your review actually surprise us. If you see reviews of all our guests across all portals who have visited Aai Bungalow so far, all reviews are exact opposite to your experience. Sir as you know, During your stay there was no other occupant in the bungalow, you occupied entire 1st floor of the property "suite, having two bedrooms, a big indoor game room, terrace and dining. There was no question of disturbance and lack of "me" time. As regards having beer, sir we have strict policy of prohibition of alchohol and non veg food on the property which is well communicated on MMT portal in House rules. Guest have a choice of ignoring our property if it doesnt suit them. Any way, we value our guests and their feedback. We will get this cross checked and correct wherewhere needed. Excellent place to enjoy kokan!
Excellent place to experience the beauty of kokan. Located in the heartland the house is indeed very beautiful. They have 2 bedroom, a hall and a dining area. Hall has a television, a carrom and television and it is stacked with various games for kids to play.
