The place is full of rules.Three days prior to our booking date, they send a set of rules if broken this and that, there will be charges. After reading it, I felt should I go there. So I looked for another stay but I was not lucky. One day prior, I got another set of messages regarding how to enter the flat and how to open the door with the number locks. I was sure I'm not going to like it. We have booked the entire apartment, yet why do we have to keep the key on the safe lock. The apartment is selflock, so if anyone goes outside, one has to go through all the safe lock opening each time and key scrolling. Unless someone opens for you from inside. After entering the apartment, there is information everywhere that looks like a rule or order for me. It felt like a hostel with a strict warden. Caretaker Vikas was helpful in finding the apartment flat since we last our way. The furniture is old, broken or torn. We stayed here for 4 nights. For the first 2 days someone came to clean the 3rd day, no one came. There is no dining table, no dressing table. The kitchen is available. Most of the locks were broken. If you are going to be picky about everything, why rent it. Put all the rules and key lock in the mmt so others know what they are booking.
The orchid room is big with a big bathroom but no AC. In the bathroom, there is a gap in the ventilation.
The rosemary room is spacious with a floor bed, a small bathroom, and a balcony. AC is also available.
The Daisy room is comfortable with floor bed with no attached bathroom. There is a common bathroom. No AC.
The one and only pro is good internet.

If following basic steps for a self-check-in felt overwhelming, this may not have been the right type of stay for you — hotel setups with 24/7 service and staff may be more suitable.
Our property is exactly as shown in the listing, with all room details, amenities, and photos transparently shared before booking. The locks, layout, and room descriptions were all disclosed, and if someone chooses to ignore them and still books, it’s unfair to blame the host later.
We do our best to maintain cleanliness and comfort, and our team was responsive throughout. We're happy many guests enjoy our place, but we also expect mutual respect and a reasonable approach from guests. If someone finds even standard homestay practices too rigid, we genuinely wonder how they manage stays in places where rules are far stricter.
