Wonderful property at strategic location
3 Seeds is located at a strategic location from where accessibility to both Dehradun and Mussoorie is easy. The property is new, well-maintained, neat, tidy, and the host was friendly and extremely thoughtful of the guests. The best part is that it's located 40-50 metres off the Mussoorie road, thus, saving your ears all the traffic noise and giving some tranquility. Loved the time spent here. Giving 5 stars and nothing but love for the property and host.

one of the best place to stay in dehradun near malsi dear park.Food was excellent and the ambience was also good enough. staff was very helpful and as been a new opening of this place the hygene and cleaneness is also good. All in total was the best experience i ever had till now for stays in dehradun

Excellent Stay
The property is located at a very convenient location just at the start of the road to mussoorie. The stay was comfortable and the caretakers took good care of us. The food particularly the breakfast was delicious. The interior decoration in the rooms is also beautiful giving it an aesthetic feel during the stay. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again.
