We faced issues with the booking and i am quite disappointed with that. It ruined our holiday. A warning is that it's very hard to contact the host. After we booked our room -the bungalow, we got a call from the resort saying they don't have any rooms and we were already on our way. We were a family of 7 with a baby so u could imagine our shock. We told our problem, so the owner said we have 2 cottages which can accommodate 4 pp l and will put 2 extra beds and also promised a refund since we had paid a huge amount for the bungalow. Since they promised this and we were already on our way, we compromised. We constantly asked the refund amount, because we didn't want to spend so much on 2 tiny rooms, but they said they are looking into it but never responded. We reached the property, and definitely the property is good. The staff are also very nice. The rooms weren't worth. Just 2 tiny rooms. And the owner didn't even help us out. This was quite disappointing.
