The Location of the property is excellent, situated in a serene and quiet area away from the crowds of North Goa. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and some of the best and less known beaches of Goa. The Cleanliness of the property could be improved, with issues such as dusty balconies, poorly maintained bathrooms, and dirty amenities. However, the caretaker provided good service. The Amenities of the property were good, with a well-maintained pool and basic kitchen equipment. The Host was supportive and showed great hospitality, providing good suggestions for food and ensuring guests had everything they needed for their stay.
Location
The property is located in a serene and quiet location away from the crowds and hustle of North Goa. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and some of the best and less known beaches of Goa such as Sunshet and Betalbatim. It is also close to some of the best restaurants such as Martins Corner and Mickeys. A car is recommended to move around the area.
Cleanliness
The upkeep of the property could be better. Some areas such as the entrance, sides, and balcony were not clean and very dusty. The bathrooms were poorly maintained with low-pressure water in the water guns and no alternatives like buckets and mugs. The washing machine was dirty, and half the buttons in the oven didn't work. Broken and unclean cups and cutlery were also found. However, the pool was well-maintained and clean.
Amenities
The property had good amenities such as a functional washing machine, clean and potable water appliance, and air conditioning. However, the split AC was removed from the dining area, and there was no place to store clothes in the bedrooms as the cupboards were locked. The WiFi provided was not sufficient for four people, and the account for the television would be deactivated due to insufficient credit. The pool was a great place to relax.
Host
The host was nice enough to accommodate a last-minute booking and was supportive and showed great hospitality. They gave good suggestions for food and ensured that guests had everything they needed for their stay. Special thanks were given to Remond and John, who took special care of the guests and provided taxi services and information.
