This is a service apartment near Candolim beach road, but not on beach road. Candolim beach is about 2 km from home stay. Car parking is available. Open air, good natural light in room. Its in 3rd floor. You can use steps if you want instead of lift. Easy to find, by location wise. It is cleanly maintained. Only 1 bathroom for 2 BHK apartment. We stayed 3 nights. One entire day, there was no power. Since there is no power backup, we had to struggle. No mirror except bathroom, women will find difficulty to get ready to go out. TV is there, but tata sky is not working. So no use. No wall clock.
There is early check-out fee. You can't check-out free between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Terrible Stay

The stay caused a lot of inconvenience. Rather than enjoying our holidays we went through an ordeal with the managers and the neighbors who kept on complaining for each and every things we did during our stay. No matter how much ever the place looks appealing the people over their aren't. If you don't want to ruin your holidays then I would definitely not recommend this place.
Please do not ever book this place.

Pleasant and calm atmosphere with sea shore behind the apartment. Swimming pool view is awesome but little cleaning required at the corners there. Very friendly and helping owner. Really enjoyed the stay.
You should rent a bike or car for your stay. One can easily travel beaches.
