I was not provided food in the hotel. I had already paid for it at the time of booking, but the staff said they don’t have a kitchen. My payment was deducted, but I did not get any food. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

all-over experience is very bad because no water bottle available in hotel, no any type of food available in hotal, no left working condition, no clean of stairs and dogs sleep on stairs, hotels rooms no proper cleaning.
