"I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The room was simple but very clean, with all the essential amenities. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even helped me arrange local transport. The location was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for more given the price. I would definitely stay here again!"

soloStaff is unresponsive, unhelpful, yes they do listen to u, but neglect your words. Some young boys sit at reception and seems lack of experience to hospitality. Don't believe the amenities mentioned on the page would be available, some works, some doesn't. Never gonna book this hotel again.

I checked in and there was no staff who can give you proper service! the owner of the property lives on the first floor and the hotel in on 3rd & 4th floor! lift was not working, tv was not operational, ac went off 10 times a day! there was a power cut issue yet there was not invertor.
