Third class hotel.

Third class hotel. Very far from main Kasuali. Poor road conditions. Dirty bathrooms, tv not working no intercom. Every time you have to call via mobile to care taker for even small things. Food is average no proper room service. Geyser not working. Room. Door lock not working. Everything is bad. 0 star.

Good location but maintenance of property is very low

I booked my stay and it was poorly maintained, one could find webs everywhere in the property. Rooms were spacious but washrooms were extremely terrible, local dogs, insects were everywhere in the hotel. Good thing was parking facility available just near the room, therefore elderly needn’t to walk to have to climb stairs.

No food available, normal rooms

There is no food available, have to visit other restaurants for meals. Not a good stay. Even i opted for breakfast as well but there is no breakfast available, owner himself was preparing omelettes.

The most pathetic stay, service and food ever.

Please do no book this hotel. We were charged highly, over priced as compared to the services we received. First of all do not be fooled, the place is far inferior and run down than those.Food was a (-1 ) out of10. What can I say about the place that can screw a simple daal chawal and veg pakoras. Our room included breakfast and the only option that we had was cold and almost stale aaloo prathas that must have been prepared a night before and served without even toasting them. I would conclude by saying what I said in the beginning, do not book this hotel.

Romm was good and clean. Staff was also good and polite it was a very peaceful stay. Staff was very cooperative and will like to visit again if gets another chance to visit Kasauli. Food was also good.
