Room is average. small room. staff is polite & good hospitality. walk in distance from chembur railway station.

Value for money, clean room and bathroom, no restaurant available in this property but you will get morning tea on payable basis, dental kit available-on demand, air conditioning not working properly

it is definitely not a kid friendly hotel. no one should take breakfast included stay as it is not worth it. Beds and pillows are not comfortable too.

Room quality was okay, but had few issues like faulty AC (water leakage). However, the staff was courteous enough to move us to another room promptly.

Property was suggested by my relative who already stayed there. Booked through makemy trip app. It was very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable room, services including foods are good. Location also good. There is a nice market nearby. Staffs are good. All together it is safe and good stay for us.

Overall, nice experience to stay at. Rooms are good enough. The only thing is, it does not have in-house kitchen.

It was a very good and clean hotel, very good and polite staff, though there was no restaurant in the hotel, nice and comfortable stay.

Good location rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Only feedback i would have is considering they get a lot of international and local travelers, they didn’t have a weigh scale to weigh my luggage before i left for the airport. I suggest the hotel management look into it, i do a lot of local and international travel, and this is the first hotel where the front desk didn’t have a weigh scale. I’ve stayed this property multiple times over the past few years. There are some rooms that are a little dated with poor drainage/ plumbing issues in the shower, but there are other rooms that were in good shape. One of the rooms i stayed on the previous trip, though there was a no smoking sign the previous guest had smoked and it was obvious hide the smoke. The hotel staff gone a little heavy handed on the naphthalene balls, which made the situation even worse.

The location is great, with plenty of conveyance options and ease of access to majority of day to day needs. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service is quick and prompt. Overall very good experience.

I didn’t find it worth. All single bedded rooms no queen or king size bed ! wash room are also smaller. Breakfast also comes from cloud kitchen. And can choose only two items. While booking this must have been highlighted by mmt!

Good location (easy proximity to bkc, friendly staff, good cleanliness, no complaints. Good place on budget.

The hotel was chosen looking at the ambience. However the services felt short. The room did not have two towels though it was double occupancy. There was no spoon or stirrer. The minimum of 2 milk sachets is required for one cup of tea/coffee. Only one sachet was there. The toilet door got locked from outside. It was unlocked but this needs to be investigated.

Everything was good. Except they don't have in house food and limited breakfasts. Otherwise i enjoyed it fully.

Property is good. But breakfast served in the morning was neither good nor served properly. Things of basic need were present.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite. Location was perfect in close proximity to whatever necessities required. Overall had an amazing stay.
