It was a terrible experience, I booked 7 rooms At hotel first no person for language, rooms are very bad, no water in room , bathroom door are not able to close, even room front door had no locks, people are not seen this hotel I hade to leave at night after 12 am for another hotel

the property was terrible for staying in will not recommended any one to book this property as water were leaking in rooms, bathroom,galaxy, stairs rooms were smeeling of cigarettes it was time and money waste to come over hear b/c of there is no any authority to controle and resolve the issue.we haven't got refund on cancelation though we haven't took any facilities..

This hotel is very dirty, toilets were not cleaned even though no basic ementities were not available.

I reached late to the hotel and reception boy who I felt helpful said that entire property was booked and showed me a room with no lights in wash room when I rejected he showed another room for bathing keeping luggage in alloted room.. Rooms were shabby and unclean....... After freshening up I checked out of the room and left.....

The large rooms and peaceful atmosphere created an excellent escape.

worst customer service,Drinking water, hot water ,electricity all are worst, bathrooms are unheiginic and betsheet were smelly, even after complaing noting was done by staff.
