Hotel shree mahakal krapa

location was Good. it is 2 mins walk to temple. the rooms were small. they don't have their own restaurant. food if ordered comes from outside. service was good

A BIG NO. A group of 4–5 hotel staff chased and tried to fight me just for discussing a 2-hour stay extension. Reception staff were rude and arrogant. When I asked for basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion), I was told to “bring them from home or buy nearby.” Totally unprofessional and unsafe place to stay. Price quoted by him was increased by Rs 1000 only after few minutes This boy at reception was telling himself as owner.

it is very near to Mahakal temple. worth to stay. some fitting in bathroom is broken otherwise we'll stays

!! Go at your own risk . These hotel guys are befooling people in the name of trust . The rooms are congested . There is dampness everywhere

The pro is its proximity to the Mahakal temple. The cons, you have to travel through narrow streets to reach the hotel. It doesn't have its own restaurant but they gave a menu of nearby restaurant which asked for delivery charges. The bathroom exhaust was extremely noisy and was itself getting switched on while switching on the bathroom light.

services are pathetic. People are not helpful. I made request for one room cancellation one day before of check in, but I feel due to only greed of money and poor customer service I had to pay with 2 rooms although one room was idle for me.

The property is excellent although the lane is narrow and a little dirty. Hotel's cleanliness and staff behaviour is fabulous. Services are good. Food quality is decent. Overall a pretty good stay.

Rude staff....no smoking, no alcohol....they didn’t mentioned...they agreed to it they didn’t mentioned....but you can’t smoke ...he said....if it had been mention their.....I would not book the room....surrounding other stays employees were very polite and egar to help....bad room everything pack no air ventilation....felt like suffocation....don’t book room of 2 people.....the rooms are worst....3/4 people are nice ....but whats the use if you have very rude staff to attend

There was no car parking. Even the staff was rude while directing us to parking. Rooms were nice . Taste of food for dinner was not good .

Hotel is on walking distance to Mahakaal mandir so saves a lot of time, rooms are neat and clean , we checked in on 4th Aug early morning and we were assured from owner that if there will be rooms available you can do early check in , however the receptionist said that the rooms are not available and immediately after asked for ₹500 extra for early check in , I believe this was his personal interest and one another couple faced the same issue

The property is locatef about 100 mtr away from the main road, connected by a narrow road. Not approached by light vehicle. Other services are average.
