Stay was ok, staff was good but did not like the location of the hotel

everything was fine, staff was very cooperative and well mannered

hotel was good but to reach the hotel, you have go through dirty (drainage) and narrow road.

The rooms are not spacious as per its per night charge. Food availability is also not smooth. However,location is best part of this hotel.Its proximity to Gate no.1 of Mahakal mandir. If someone wants a comfortable stay with family, i don't think this is good hotel for them. But if you want to roam around the city whole day and use the room just to sleep, then well and good.

Entire staff was rude, no one was polite speaking, when it comes to room it was decent but few things that disappoint were - the flush knob detached, electric kettle was not working, bed sheets were not clean, overall - 6/10

Hotel location is very good. Just walking distance from Mahakal Temple gate no 1. Room condition was good, but bed sheet and blanket cover was very dirty, not good standard, Ac remote not working, so can't adjust Ac, ceiling fan regulator also not working, otherwise its good

Our stay was superb the Manager Durgesh Gehlot was very helpful and kind person and even the staff lucky treated us very nicely as we all were girls we felt like home very secure loved it❤️

there is no kitchen and AC inventor backup if lights gone. Rest staff is good and coperative

One of the worst experiences. I booked room for 3 people mu father, mother and myself. How come, they can offer only one bed for sleep when asked for extra bedding they mentioned this is only what we have. Staff was also not co-operative.

the bathroom door can't be locked..the hotel didn't provided ac remote even after multiple requests..this hotel isnot accessible with car so avoid if you are having some luggage...called MakeMyTrip to raise an issue

Location is very bad, though near by mandir, it's located in a galli, which is extremely dirty. Hygiene is not maintained in the hotel. Towels are not cleaned properly and are smelly. Even after changing few times , we noticed that towels smell. Only advantage is near to Mahakal mandir.
