Hotel Park Palace

The hotel view is only good but the room and the services are very very poor. Room hygiene and cleaning is very bad. As per hotel conditions its rating is not 3, correct rating is -1. No proper restaurant , no proper food. Plz don't waste your money . If you booked the hotel then the booking amount is non refundable. Also the hotel is not good for the family. all construction and room construction is very old.

The room was not clean even after cheching in i had call manager to make him see the condition of the room and then then he got the sheets, pillow cover and all changed which were flooded with hair and some disgusting stains and smelly too. Even i had to call for soap and all for washroom in the morning which was completely missing and they sent that too after 30mnts. Plugin board was not working properly. Even i fixed the ac myself which was very pathetic.

Very average rooms, average food but they had dirty sheets and blanket. With that price there are better hotels available adjacent to it with newer construction.

Service is not that type of good. Food is also not good. So please improve your service. Other services are third y class and food was not good.

Mattress spring was broken, staff has too much attitude without knowledge, you order something else they will serve you something else. Front office guys doesn't have manners how to handle the customers. They are arguing with every another guest.

Horrible experience. The room was not even cleaned after the previous guests checked out. The toilet had leftovers stuck on the bowl which was not cleaned but the housekeeping staff had closed it and put a band stating that it was sanitized. The bed linen looked used and had holes. The duvet has blood stains and after several requests we got it changed. The hotel looks good from the outside but maintenance is terrible. We had no other choice but to stay here since most other hotels were booked. Choose any where else but here.

Property is good but services need to improve. Food was good. Location was good not far from mahakal temple

The seating furniture is not comfortable. The food is average. No tea maker facility. The toiletries in the bathroom are minimal ( liquid soap and shampoo). The stay is not value for the money.

Please don't stay at this hotel. Worst stay at hotel. Bathroom was so dirty. Room was so bad pillows, bed sheet everything was dirty and no one listen to your issues.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Food is also nice but it is costly. Rest convince is not provided by the hotel you are required to manage by himself. Early checking is also not provided by team member

We took masala tea, which was okay. Did not test the other food item as we took it outside. Good furniture but poor maintenance. Staff is good

Terrible food served with expired soft drink. Price are expensive and rooms are not worth the price. .

Hotel has no towels, toilet paper rolls, water bottles etc. Requested for bottle at 11 some staff refused saying restaurant is closed. After so much follow up got bottles and towels around 12. Hotel should focus on basic facilities

Dirty room and used bedseet & blanket provied, when i ask to change then hotel stop not co-operate with us. same stop do cleaning and also serve food in hotel restro this hotel not good for family stay. I never ever seen such type of service of hotel in my entire life.
