The hotel staff is very bad, when it comes to manner to talk

Hotel staff rejected my check-in first, after call to MMT, somehow they agreed to give me check-in but then it started the rude behavior (because I did my booking online). Even when they said no availability of food at hotel, they asked me to pay extra to let outside food (prepared by my daughter living nearby) in. Also, the way of talking us so rude, that you can not expect from any professionals.

There was an issue during check-in. The hotelier claimed that the ticket was booked in low fare and he wanted extra money.
