The hotels is very much in poor condition and I really wonder why is it in first place listed on fabhotels. Because other wise I have a very good exeperience booking fab hotels. The staff is thankfully polite but the rooms are really not good at this price.

@Diipesh Keshri Hotel Room & Service Issues: The room shown to us was very dirty. In the first room, there were gutka stains (chewing tobacco spit). In the second room, the wall plaster was peeling off completely. No towel or soap was provided initially; we only got them after asking 2–3 times. The bed’s rod came off and fell down. The bedsheet was dirty, so we had to get it changed. The blanket had visible stains. Too much light was coming in through the window as there were no curtains. They promised complimentary breakfast, but no breakfast was provided. The lunch we ordered was replaced with a completely different meal.

Comfortable and clean stay close to everything💯 The room was just as shown in the pictures. Beds were really comfortable and cozy. AC and geyser worked perfectly throughout. Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls.
