The stay is located in a residential area close to panjim. Decor is beautiful and seating is also very nice. There are acs in all rooms but we briefly had a power cut during the second day for almost 2-3 hours. Kitchen is fully functional and equipped. Cleaning is done daily. The only point i didn’t like is that we asked for them to help with the bags but they ignored us completely during our checkout. As we had a senior patient with us who has difficulty walking it was uncomfortable

Hi Nikita, Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to hear that you liked the place. We do have frequent power cuts in Goa because of which an inverter back up has been provided, it gives back up for basic lights, wifi, fans, and 2 charging points, which work for a few hours. We usually have staff available to assist with luggage. However, they may have been helping another guest at the time you needed assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will work to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We work hard to ensure our guests have a comfortable experience, and it's wonderful to know our efforts are appreciated.
