Wonderful property, staff very co-operative. One issue we had bith pights not working. But the owner himself came appologised. and tried to get it fixed asap which was very commendable. All in all great sty for family. And kids did’t want to leave. They enjoyed the kids play area and the swimming pool. We were surprised by the size of the property. Which seemed bigger than what we can assume from the property photos. Only issues were the approach road to the property is a bit like off road.

Little costlier considering the room cleanliness.. 1. Limited menu for breakfast. should say same menu everyday 2. tolitreries were not made available. Even there is no space or stand to keep your own items

nice stay experience. very friendly and police support staff. swimming pool games were good with water dance with music. Musical Archestraa night was very pleasing experience. totally worth it.

Nice resort… i recommend this resort for family and couples, it is safe.. restaurant is very clean and neat

old dusty cottages may be not even dust since ages. cobweb, ants and bed bugs in room. so moist and complete mess. no facilities

The service was good. Amazing staff. The maintenence of the bathroom was poor. There were leakages and no hot water.

It was ok , the stay is located in remote area difficult for accessibility, main attraction swimming pool was ok for the kids . For the amount they charge could ve some better resorts

It's an average stay...we opted AC tent ..No kettle, no cupboard no provision for cfe tea making. They not even providing evening snacks as complimentary. Food is average in taste.very limited items provided for Complimentary break fast .Good thing is Manager and staffs behaves well and the slide in the pool is a great entertainment for kids.overall it's a old resort with limited facilities.

bed sheets were not clean. Food options are Limited and swimming pool needs to cleaned. overall a below average experience.

The resort is average. DO NOT FALL FOR PHOTOS, Photos are deceiving with the original look and feel of resort. The pool is small, even 15 people feels like full, and adequate maintenance one can experience 🍃 any time of the day, same leaf at same place since morning till evening and even next day. The catering service is worst wrt dinner but good breakfast. Detailed below: Dinner The official complimentary dinner starts from 8.30 PM to 9.30 PM. However the dinner service starts somewhere around 8.45 or 8.55 PM and still the promised menu isn't available after 9.30 PM. The stacking up of all the dishes will atleast take 9.30 PM and not all the dishes will be delivered by stipulated time. Also, the complimentary menu is very limited. Food taste is below average. Too salty and tasteless. BreakFast The breakfast was available by 9AM whole menu. And the taste was good along with nice options. Rooms Now about the rooms, as mentioned in the description size would be generally around 150 sqft, the rooms are not maintained properly, ants everywhere. Wallpatches, a bit stinky during some time of the day. Voltage fluctuations throughout the day. No proper functional sockets. Note: As specified BreakFast and Dinner are complimentary, snacks and hot beverage (Coffee, Tea) are not complimentary. Snacks taste is just ok. Hi Tea is chargeable

Good. Kids enjoyed a lot. Not a costly one but it is good. They can still manage good. Far to attractions

Had a wonderful stay at coorg jungle kids resort. Food was excellent and best part is they prepare food as per our choice. Resort has many play options for kids and speciall attraction is pool area with rain dance. Added attraction on weekend like live music with bonfire. Last but not the least is the manager Mr.Jhonson is so humble and very kind to your needs. He welcomes your suggestion and greats as per your needs.

Definitely not worth it for 4.5k. We did not have a great experience. First, we reached the hotel 1 hour after check-in time, and still the room was not ready. I had to wait ~40min. Second, the room was not very clean, the bathroom still had old soaps, dustbin wasn't emptied, and the room floor was dusty. No soaps or towels were provided. There were spiders and cockroaches in the room. Three, bad room service, ordered 1 coffee which never came. Four, breakfast did not open even by 9AM. Overall, it is very old property, not well maintained, seriously understaffed, and extremely expensive.
