We booked our stay at the very last moment since there’s some uncertainty in exploring goa. We’ve been relying on spree chain of hotels for a while and never got disappointed. Even this one is amazing. Triple occupancy room but it fits for a whole family like a suite tbh. Pool and the location near beach surrounded by ample restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is perfect! Might sound exaggerating but we had an amazing stay.

overall, we had an amazing experience. the space was neat and clean, and the support staff team was truly exceptional—every member felt like a super host. the food at their in-house restaurant further enhanced our stay, making it even more memorable.

Overall best experience. Well maintained, clean and hygienic hotel. Staff were well managed and courteous. The property was on main street, so i didn't have to ask for the directions. There was a receptionist sujit who is very helpful and helped me out in my trip.

Excellent hotel. Hotel location is at marketplace of morjim beach. Beach is about 700 m away from the stay. Breakfast is good. There are about 10 items in the breakfast, but all of them are good. Rooms are spacious.

This place isn't worth the price they charge. No hygiene, the room cupboard was dusty and smelly. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and bedsheets and pillow had some stains on it. The towel was torn and worn-out and had some dirty marks on it (every day we got the same torn and worn-out towels. Breakfast was like a hostel mess tasteless and flies were there in the dining area, tea cups were dirty. Overall i had a pathetic stay in this place. Ac wasn't working properly in our room everyday we had to ask someone to fix it.

The hotel is located at an excellent location, which is very near to the ashwem beach. Hotel rooms, staff service and food was excellent. Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel is highly recommended.

Room and food was good. I forgot to mention that i will have a guest. They charge extra if you have more than the disclosed number of people in a room. Your guest will not even be allowed to go inside your room.

I had 3 night stay at arena by spree & definitely it's one of the best experience in this trip to goa. Market & sea beach is walkable. You have multiple pub & bar around for hang out. Staffs are very car-dial & approachable. Most highlight face is you will get jain food on request. Really liked it & will definitely stay in this hotel in my next visit.
