I have booked this hotel and paid the amount. Once I have reached the location the receptionist said there’s no rooms and he can provide only basement room. Room condition was very bad, there’s no functional AC, no ventilation, smells bad and bedsheet was dirty. I have requested for other room for which they said we have one room but you will need to wait as cleaning needs to be done. I saw the room and agreed to check in after cleaning. But then he has started asking extra money for that and started shouting and using abusive tone. He said leave the property, this is my property and I will not give you. Do whatever you want to do. Time was 11:30 in the night and this is the behaviour of receptionist in this hotel. As per my experience with them I suggest not to opt this property as you may experience the same. And requesting to provide refund

Bathroom’s drainage system was not working and water was collecting on the floor, had worst experience.

Rooms very not clean. Service pathetic

Room condition was not at all good, as per the price offered for the room which was 1000 bucks, but room felt it was of 500-600. Staind bedsheets, bad smell, uncleaned room, not at all preferred choice from next time

At the time of hotel check in i found actual room is difference from mm t and room is so dirty that’s the reason am not check in this hotel and call to mmt customer service regarding for cancellation but they denied and this is not professional behaviour

First they charged me extra 300 rs and room was full of sepage

Staff is nice, no interference in checking in and check out location is also good with parking space

Most of all, everything was really clean, which pleased me the most. I adored the rooms' interior. It was bright and clear.

I am one of the happiest customers. I enjoyed the overall experience of the vacation. The rooms, amenities, and services were all excellent.

They duped me in every accept, completely filthy sheets, people smoking in the hallways, 10 boys in a single room, after saying this is unsafe, i did not stay at the hotel, i spoke to the owner requesting a refund, they said tk raise from makemytrips end but when i raised it they claimed they claimed we completed our stay. I would rate this place a -10 due to the total lack of security and satinization. I don't have pics

Firstly hotels location is wrong. I have wasted alot of money in cab. I was unable to find the hotel. At last i have to cancel my booking. Booking this hotel was my biggest mistake due to which i have suffered in sunny weather.

The staff here are awesome! friendly, courteous, and always helpful.

Worst experience ever, the images shown are misrepresented by the hotel, they are 15 year old self confessed by staff. The rooms smell funny, staff is rude, linen is dirty, place is a pool infested by bugs. You might even catch an std and will definitely catch a uti if you stay here.
