The Baga Marina Beach Resort

Hotel is decently clean, spacious and with basic amenities. Though little worn out and looks like need interior repair but, you can have a good stay here. They provide regular housekeeping. Baga beach is 10 mins walk and 4/5 clubs are on the way on titos lane. Plenty of eateries and shops around. On the day of checkout you can wait at the beach shack couple if hours, time will fly.

Value for money and its so good to stay here.

The pool area is very bad. It is not at all good. It should be more live and facilities shall be better as compared to the rate of resort.

To start with, the lady on the phone did not care about neither the hotel nor prospective booking query. After she slammed my phone thrice, i wanted to book but she didn’t care to give any information or answer. I went ahead a still booked ( from makemytrip) and i received the confirmation number and their new contact details. So i called and mr nirmal attended me satisfactorily. But to my surprise didn’t promise what he said. I had gifted stay to my brother and his wife for their anniversary and i requested the hotel to arrange a wine for them. Sula chenin blanc white was decided and i paid them 1500 for them considering there gesture to agree. Only to know later that it was four seaons. I called and i was promised upon rectification after which they never picked my call. I don't recommend to stay here. The hotel is not maintained at all. And they are not honest.

I had booked Deluxe Room, but they upgraded to the Executive Deluxe Room without any extra charges. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff. The room was very good with two balconies, bathtub. Excellent and room service. The resort is a small one, not properly maintained, needs cleanliness. But location wise very good, very near to Baga Beach. Calangute Beach also on walkable distance. A-la-carte food is excellent. Overall good stay.

Its really nice hotel, me and friend stay there and we like it. Staff is really nice and polite, good clean Resort also it's safe for girls. Nice liked it.

Its a cheap hotel with cheap staff

This was my 4th stay in last 7 years. But this was worst experience. Had booked bigger room available whereas while allotting the room was smaller stinky not clean plus basic necessities wasn't kept in the room. After complaining room was changed. Breakfast spread was worst. Last day eggs served were stale complained to staff still it was the same. Will never again stay in this hotel.

What I liked 1. The hotel is very close to Baga Beach. The hotel is at a very lively street. 2. The staff is excellent, well trained, prompt, courteous.
