Super Hotel O Rajdanga Near Acropolis Mall Formerly The Corporate Inn

I wanted to share a truly disappointing experience during our stay at O Rajdanga, Kolkata. My fiancé and I had planned a short trip to celebrate our 1-year anniversary and, due to some budget constraints, we chose this hotel for a 3-day stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible decision. From the moment we entered Room No. 205, my fiancé noticed how unclean and unhygienic the room was. The pillow covers were stained, the bed sheet was visibly dirty, and the blanket cover looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages. It was extremely uncomfortable and far from what we expected, even from a budget hotel. We requested the staff to change the covers as they were damp and dirty, but they refused to take any action. We even asked if we could change rooms, but that request was also blatantly ignored. On top of that, the staff were rude and uncooperative, making the experience even more unpleasant. By the second day, we both started feeling unwell – likely due to the unhygienic conditions – so we checked out a day early and moved to a different hotel. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for couples or for anyone who expects basic cleanliness and service. Budget-friendly should not mean low standards. I sincerely urge other travelers to avoid this place, no matter how attractive the price may seem.

Good and well maintained but the bed sheets were dirty even blanket, people were good and well behaved

one of worst hotel.staff were like gundas got room after 4 hrs of 2 days advance booking.room was smeeling like cigrate house.through unprofessional staff.bed sheet had all kind of marks.even after requesting didn't change the bedsheet. horrible experince. typical oyo wala hotel tha. pathetic. how can make my trip even recomend. is fishy to me

The bed was soft, linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was dry and clean. Hot water was available 24/7.

Stayed for two nights — no noise, no mess. The room was kept clean, and the beds were made perfectly every day.

the best is the bathroom with proper amenities and hygiene the hotel is completely sanitized and the rooms are totally clean.

I didn’t have to worry about anything here. The room was nice, and the stay was calm and simple. highly recommended

This was an extremely pleasant experience, nice people, clean place. The owners have a small restaurant which serve amazing food, local food home cooked at very cheap price.
