Terrible stay and pathetic service.

familyWorst property i have ever stayed in goa. The entire place was stinky. Outdated villa with the worst service. The manager was not even answering our calls. No network for calls in entire property. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, swimming pool, service everything was pathetic. Problem was they are advertising it as a 5 star luxury villa and it’s not even 1. Stay-vista guys refused to refund and asked us to switch to other villa which was even worse than this one.

family with 1 kidLet me start with the only good point regarding our stay of 3 nights, chef Tarif's food. I will highly recommend asking for his service while booking your stay, or else it's not worth staying in this property. The overall property is okish, not worth the money. The access to the entrance to the property is a lot of work, almost impossible for older folks, JUST AVOID THIS PROPERTY IF YOU HAVE ELDERS WITH YOU. Caretaker Mahesh was not at all sincere in his work. The property wasn't exactly well maintained, and he was never to be found when you need him. During our arrival, we found very dirty rugs/mats in all the four bedrooms and getting them removed and cleaning room became a hassle, as Mahesh wasn't helpful. Mosquitos are a big problem in the property, and you have to take all precautions, expect no help from the Caretaker (Mahesh). Food related charges were paid at the property, and we were over-charged for chef charges, though before booking , we were communicated a lesser amount in written. On bringing this point, the property manager assured of a meaningful resolution, but I didn't hear back from him.
