The worst hotel ever bad food bad behaviour of staffs the owner misbehaved for 5 mins late. Never ever visit this hotel

Room are clean, swimming pool good, near to palolen beach

Good place to stay but the hotel need to improve on the following things: 1. Have the child policy clearly written in the hotel rules. In my case paid 1000 per night extra for the. Child while i mentioned about the child in booking and mint has charged more for the child. When reached at the hotel i get a different story that the child payment not done by mnt. 2. Pool timings are very odd. 10-7. Is the pool timing. Hotel know that after 7pm is where people come to room and want to use pool 3. Some staffs are very rude. Not all. Especially on the first day i met some one really rude. 4. Hotel refused to provide a receipt for the extra i paid. All these are unaccounted money. To me it looks like mint is responsible for my debacle. I won't use mint here afterwards. The service of mint during hour in need was pathetic. No one is ready to talk

It's a lodge. No food no facilities

Sea view does not provide any food or water. They simply asks us to buy at another shop. I guess basic food and water are mandatory but this people are not providing that even if we are ready to pay.

Located just 100m away from patnem beach, the resort has decent rooms and very much accessible to various local cafes and about 5 min drive to palolem beach. Overall, a good stay. Tariffs seemed a bit higher for the type of property.

There is no proper safety for anything. Whenever we come to the hotel dogs were running to us

The hotel shows and also info about a kettle, cups for tea / coffee but there is no such option actually. They don't provide plates n spoons for eating. They don't provide coffee packets or couple of tea bags. No toiletries either. When asked for these no one answers the phone. I went down to the reception to speak with the manager, but he was extremely rule and instead asked me to cancel and go to another hotel at 10 pm.

The owner needs to be more human. He is very rude an unprofessional

Not at all welcoming. Long check in process. Very basic rooms, clean but not worth the price paid. Stayed for 4 nights but no one came for room cleaning.

Safety is good. Social distancing followed.

Room was nice and clean but what but smell of sanitizing spray was not good. Staff was friendly. Very near to beach.

There were mosquitoes at the room. Not like as shown in the picture. Bed sheets were dirty and the room was not clean. Location was spot on nearby Beach. Food was delicious but a bit overpriced. Hotel was neat and clean. It was value for money.

Simply awesome. But after 11 PM, there was no drinking water available from them.

I visited this Resort with my friends and stayed there for 2 days. It was very safe, food was good, excellent location, helpful staff. I definitely recommend this one to those people who truly wants to enjoy the natural beauty of Goa.

Pathetic Hotel and services.

We had a good time here, swimming pool was clean and the people here are really friendly, it is a little too far from Palolem beach, we got bikes on rent nearby so reaching there was not an issue and it is close to a small beach with very less crowd.
