Mystique Ville

The property feels like a shade of its past. The money warranted for a property of Mystique Villa’s stature has long gone and needs to be slotted as a Budget tourist hotel (Similar to a government property like KTDC). The sheets had stains and the smell that radiates isn’t pleasing in any way. The food is still good and the service was decent. But the only thing going for the property is the location and view.

The view at this resort is simply superb. The location is easy to find. The food was good. The premises were very clean. The resort was full of gardens and with a variety of flower plants. The view of the water falls is simply superb from the swimming pool area.

The room was not well lit, we booked for 3 people but it could only accommodate 2. Bathroom was the smallest size possible and furniture was super old. Food was also not good. Only good thing was view outside the property.

First and foremost, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the location after the booking was made. The cost of food was excessively high and did not provide value for money. A significant number of rooms lacked adequate electrical facilities. The staff and receptionists displayed an unfriendly demeanor and failed to treat us with the respect accorded to guests. A curfew was imposed, and forced us to sleep at 10:30 pm. The pool was poorly maintained, and the designated swimming hours were inconvenient. Furthermore, the garden lighting was insufficient after sunset.

One of the best stays we had in Ooty . The vintage room with falls view has my heart , the pool , the climate around the resort 😍and especially their food ,everything was perfect about this stay . one thing they need some changes is about the power supply.

1.swimming pool not cleaned and under maintainance.rooms not cleaned. 2.we stays 4 days they don't changed bedsheets and towel ,room cleaning done on my request. 3.jio dongle provided on the name of wifi . 4.If you planning to go with kids not right place go with your own vehicle. in case of emergency they won't provide any cab facility. 5.resort is under elephant corridor area cannot do anything after 8 pm 6. you have to purchased your 5 liter water bottle whenever you go for sight seeing.they don't provide in it resort except resort view and food nothing good 7.there are duplicate entries in food bills afterwards they have deducted duplicate amount .so please cross verify before Paying bills 8.made baingan bharata by myself for my younger one used only one baingan .they have charged 240 rs for that

This property is quite far away from ooty. If you are interested to stay at remote and quiet location it is good. Room size is large, however, the bedsheet, towels are not quite cleaned. We found a large spider at my room. The stuffs are friendly, but we ordered tea and coffee, both were served cold. They do not have proper equipment for serving tea also. The room rate and cost of food is actually more than double than what they provide. I wouldn't mind if it was a cheap hotel, but it is simply not worth.

Nothing to do in premises after dark and they wont even give bonfire free. Pool was dirty. View is good from vintage rooms

I only booked this property just because of the pool facilities. They haven't mentioned it is going through maintenance. They told us it will be ready by next day morning. Next day, they said it is not available. There are is very limited menu, and the room smells bad. We paid around 10000. There were many hotels near ooty town, but we booked this which is half an hour ride from town because of the pool. That was totally dissatisfied status i need my money back.

The property is very good. Staff was good. Food was good. But the hotel itself is very far from ooty. We had the heritage room. It has no view at all. It was bad and the outside noise kept bugging us.

It is a beautiful property with a very vintage feel to it. The waterfall in front is just mesmerising. We booked the open view vintage room and the view was breathtaking. Food, just makes it as cheery on the top. The chef will serve you delicious dishes with love. All the staff was extremely polite and professional. Definitely must visit and we are gonna revisit whenever we are there in ooty.
