The facilities are very good. The ambience is good, the dining hall is clean and the food is very good. We booked a room with breakfast+ Dinner. It is not a buffet dinner. But they gave a lot of options to choose from their main course menu. It's a nice place to stay. I recommend this property.

Food quality is bad, we found fly in the veg Kofta. while showing the staff, they simply says, ok we will replace it...NO regret at all. Also in breakfast found foul smell in Plain Dosa.

Absolutely loved my stay at your hotel! the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the quick check-in process. familyPathetic service, unresponsive staff, hotel manager doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Grossly delayed food in delivering to the room, food tasted bad and unresponsive room service. Rude behaviour of the hotel manager and response to every requests was "i am busy.
