rooms are full of cockroaches and bugs..bathroom is leaking. plus it's not a hotel. worst experience. walls have dampness and fungus. a weird rotten smell in room makes it impossible to stay.

No hot water and no TV. While other facilities are ok, need to improve on these points

first of all the management was very very bad, rooms had a lot of problem, AC was not working, hot water facility was not available, no response from the concerned caretaker and no one has any idea the property, day one I was not able to sleep at all that is how terrible the whole situation was for me and didn't expect such a bad service

Good hotel in the price range. Technically a hostel with single occupancy room. Facilities are good given the price. loved it especially the communal fridge and water filter which was a life saver. A proper reception would have been better. Good budget friendly option for students. Just 1.5 km from TIFR Hyderabad. Also very close to University of Hyderabad and US Consulate.
