Though smoking and drinking is prohibited, people were not following and the staff was not implementing this policy strictly. Housekeeping/ cleaning needs to be improved.

The room was not in a clean condition upon check-in. I found cigarette remnants in the cupboard, which clearly indicates a lack of basic housekeeping. The washroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the pillows smelled of sweat, making it evident that hygiene standards were not maintained. Additionally, I was concerned when the property owner asked for the OTP sent by MakeMyTrip, which raised questions about why he was attempting to access my account. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet acceptable cleanliness or privacy standards.
