Despite the friendly management, the absence of basic facilities such as a tv, water, and towels negatively impacted the convenience and comfort of our stay. We were surprised to find that the hotel lacked basic amenities like a tv, water supply, and towels, which are considered essential for a satisfactory guest experience. The absence of a tv made it challenging to relax or unwind in the room, especially during downtime or evenings. The lack of a readily available water supply was inconvenient, as we had to constantly seek alternative sources or request water from the hotel staff. The absence of towels meant we were unable to dry ourselves properly after showers or have clean towels for regular use. Despite the friendly demeanor of the management, the absence of these basic facilities left us disappointed and inconvenienced throughout our stay. We communicated our concerns to the management, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a satisfactory solution or alternative arrangements. Given the importance of these amenities for a comfortable hotel stay, we would recommend that the hotel management prioritize addressing these deficiencies to improve the overall guest experience.
