The room cleanliness was appalling, with dirty bedsheets, walls, and bathroom, coupled with hours-long water shortages. Moreover, there was no food available between lunch and dinner, and the restaurant, in name only, was so unappealing that i wouldn't set foot in it. Overall, the experience was extremely bad, and the value for money simply wasn't there.
