Good hotel, walking distance from sigh sadan gate. room and specially washroom is very specious. overall a good experience.

Rooms condition was not good, it was smelling all around. There was no food including to our plan so nk such experience in food and its quality. Nothing special in this property.

Hotel room was clean and staff behaviour was also good however, no phone in the room for ordering or calling them. Not worth at this cost

Hotel A Star Sasangir is conveniently located within walking distance of the Gir Jungle Safari reception area, which makes it a great choice for visitors planning early morning safaris. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the basic amenities expected for its price range. The reception staff were okay — not rude, but not particularly welcoming either. Their attitude sometimes felt as if they were taking guests for granted. The same could be said for the room service staff. Another drawback is that the hotel doesn’t allow early check-in or late checkout, even for just a few hours, unless you pay half the room price. There’s no in-house restaurant, but plenty of dining options are available nearby, so meals aren’t a problem. Also, note that the hotel doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs. Overall, Hotel A Star Sasangir is a good budget-friendly option thanks to its cleanliness and location, but the staff’s attitude could certainly be improved.

Toilet seats were broken and not clean...towels, soap and water was not provided.

Worst hotel and staff is impolite

Property location is on the highway and around 10 minutes walking distance from Sinh sadan gate. Very clean interior. We booked two rooms both are equal size and spacious. But only end rooms have natural lights through window, middle rooms have no natural lights through window. Middle rooms window pens at pipe shaft. Nearby only one small eatery is there which is at their home. Few eateries are there near Sinh sadan gate. There is another problem of drying wet clothes. Going to terrace is prohibited. Wet clothes have to be kept at room or at the side rooms window.

Nice Location and Peaceful Stay within the forest area. Had a good family holiday out there with Jungle Safari location nearest catch.

Hotel is very clean.excellent service . dinner was good.but we didn't like breakfast.

You get what you pay for, a decent and budget hotel and there is a nice restaurant close by name Natural which serves homely food

Good hotel. Near to the sinh sadan from where we can start the safari. Lift is not there but rooms are very nice and very nice to stay

Spacious clean rooms with all basic amenities and very helpful cordial staff. Perfect for friends and family. Best part is the location, hardly 5 mins. Walk from gir safari (sinh sadan. And all this for such a low nightly price. Too good!

Behaviour of staff not good

. Pros of property - big room and toilet properly cleaned. All linen was in very good condition. Check in was very easy. Staff is receptive and well mannered. Nearness to sinha sadan and market. Reasonable room charges. Cons - 1. Exhaust fan needs to be installed in toilet 2. Only free channels were available on television. At-least few good channels should be added. 3. Though hotel claims that hot water is available 24*7, it is not since it is solar based and, hence available only from 10 am onward s. Weather was very cold. Hotel should install geysers / boilers for hot water even if they have to increase tar-riff a bit. Overall, excellent staying experience. No food is provided but that was known from the beginning, hence no issue. They do provide good quality tea and coffee. Recommended for budget family decent stay. Thanks

The hotel were good and clean and safe if travel-ling with kids which is plus. The hotel in diu was in the city centre and walking distance from many attractions. Hotel in gir too was close to the sinh sadan and was clean neat and tidy and safe.
