Upon arrival, I faced several issues: the internet was poor, the property manager's phone was off, and my booking could not be found. The resort was fully booked, forcing me to find alternative accommodation during a stressful time. I later received a confirmation of my booking and an invoice, even though I did not stay at the resort. I kindly ask that you review the check-in register to confirm this. Food is excellent. Swimming pool area and surrounding is well maintained. Very specious room. Maza aa gaya. Enjoy a lot

It was disgusting no light no staff total waste of money . Worst experience don’t go here. No food availability 🤬

The rooms were good, the pool was good. Just that the restaurant service wasn’t good. We had to wait for an hour to get the food that we ordered and staff denied to serve the food at room so we had to sit at restaurant although we saw that they delivered the food into room for others. And the water they provided wasn’t in the packed bottle, they were refilling the old bottles with the water and it wasn’t clean. Where’s my discount coupon?

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staffs were courteous. Food was prepared as per our requirement.

This resort has mentioned wrong location, its actually 70 km away near khatia gate. I had safari booked for sarahi gate hence booked this resort since address listed is bichhiya. Money got wasted.
