Safari Desert Camp is the best camp in Jaisalmer. All their services are very good. Their entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service and food are excellent. Great travel, great sightseeing and budget stay experience. If you come here, you will return with a good and memorable experience.

We had a great time at wild heritage resort the guides are incredible and the trip is very well put together. They treated the camels well, which was important to us. They also took the time to talk to us and made some very nice pictures. I would recommend the the village by the sand to anybody how is interested in doing a camel safari. Great experience overall!

Bad experience. Dirty rooms no toiletries dirty towels, bed sheets dirty toilets. No proper locks in rooms and toilets. Gaps in toilet doors and walls. Dirty food and plates. Fully disappointed. While booking it's not mentioned that cultural activities will be charged. But when we came for check in they are forcefully collected rs. 750- per person which is not at all worth. Fully disaster cultural activities. We are disappointed. Whoever books the tent please be careful.

Resort charged heavy amount for jeep safari which was more than double the normal charged outside. So we didn't go for camel safari and night safari. Stay and food was ok.

The wild heritage desert camp exceeded all my expectations! the blend of authentic desert charm and modern comfort created an unforgettable stay. The hospitality was top-notch, making it a fantastic retreat from everyday life.

This camp is on the best camp in wild heritage resort and camp which are big, family rooms, accommodating 4 people with great washroom (however, there was some issue with the hot water, we didn't get any, only cold water, the huge bathtub was useless as we couldn't use it) and spacious room costing rs. 16k that includes pick up and drop from airport or anywhere in jaisalmer, camel safari, entertainment, dinner buffet snacks and breakfast. The entry starts at 3pm and checkout is at 11am the next morning. They give you the exit gift, ours was a cute camel shaped salt holder. The staff was extremely courteous and the dance+singing program was beyond excellent, done by extremely talented dancers, musicians and magicians. These tents were a bit secluded and unlike other tents didn't have too many people hence more individual attention and peace. Had an amazing time there and was the best experience we had in rajasthan. This place is a must visit

We enjoyed our lovely trip at heritage villa resort camp. We had an amazing experience with the resort staff. Loved the whole trip as it was explained in a smooth way to us. They took us for the jeep safari. Amazing experience with the driver of the thar. Anyone visiting jaisalmer must try this villa. Hoping to come back in our next trip. Highly recommendable for the everyone.

Promises were not kept. How to apply this in my future trips?

We were welcome by a guy who was asking for paper which should have collected from their office in jaisalmer it seems. Information about this was not even there. Then when asked what kind of room they are offering, they mentioned different names than what is mentioned. As per the image in room types, we should have been offered double room. But we were given family tent. Tent was very dirty, dirty carpets, dirty hot kettle, hair on the comforter, stains on comforter, no toiletries, no towels, no water, no mirror. The manager there will try to make a fool of you by stating many things which are not even close to reality. He tried to extract double the money for jeep safari and night safari. He mentioned about 25km of safari on one side, but we hardly drove for 5 to 10km to and fro. He mentioned night cultural program would be good, but there was only dance performer. Again night safari he mentioned there will be a big group of around 15 people would be coming, but in the end it's just two of us. Manager tells so many lies to convince people of something. Worst part was plates during breakfast. All the plates were sticky with old food, not cleaned properly. When showed it to people who were serving, their defence was it's because of oily food ! worst tent service ever, he starts you cheating by showing wrong photos . Please don't book it by looking at those photos. You can observe same photos he has it for both type of rooms.

I booked special couple room but when i reached there they provided me different lower grade room because they allocated it to different people and the rooms in this hotel are very noisy, you will hear noise of buses very hard and could not be able to sleep.

We had a very bad experience at this stay. This was the only stay in our rajasthan trip where the service was bad and our experience was ruined. - the tents are not at all luxury. Please don’t fall for the pictures. - rooms were very dirty - bathroom was smelly and dirty - blankets and bedsheets were very dirty stinky and stained - the safari experience was very bad, they dropped us at one of the desert spot and kept us waiting there for an hour. Better to book safari and other activities from other vendors.

The distance from seam desert is wrongly mentioned on mm t it’s about 8 km and not 3. 5 km quite far from sam. The dinner plates and bowls were so dirty they smelled of last meals and not washed properly at all. The manager insisted on taking an expensive jeep safari thru out our stay, which travellers can get at 1/3 price outside. Very poor
