one of the best place to stay for vacation business trip we enjoyed alot and have a kid friendly pool and we done a spa there it was outstanding.food was very good rooms were very clean and washrooms were cleaned properly the staffs were polite and do the services with smiling and respecting manners.The hotel was in beach view it was very soothing we had a best moments with welcome.Thank you

location is really good with bay view of the ocean. Very humble and helpful staff. The rooms do not give ITC vibes and are not to ITC standard. The food is really expensive and not the hype. It's better to eat somewhere out. overall, I was very disappointed with the rooms. But there are not many options in Port Blair

Excellent customer service by all the departments especially FnB. The chef Javed at the restaurant along with his staff Pratima and Sangeeta took special care as per our needs and was very accommodating and proactively took care of little details of what serve you once get to know you after the first day.

From the moment we stepped in, this hotel made us feel truly special! We were welcomed with a refreshing orange mojito as a welcome drink — a perfect start to what turned out to be a magical stay. We stayed in Room 310, which we believe is the best room in the hotel — perched just above the shore with an uninterrupted view of the sea. Waking up to that view was surreal. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and thoughtful throughout. A huge shoutout to Mr. Bala (Front Office Manager), Manager Anuj, Chef Javed Hussain, Mr. Suresh, Mr. Ishaan, and Mr. Plato — every single one of them went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. A very special highlight was the personalised doctor-themed cake with ECG icing to celebrate a milestone — such a unique and touching gesture! The pool was clean and relaxing, and the complimentary minibar was a delightful surprise — well-stocked and a real treat. The food? Just wow! The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, dinner was full of bold, memorable flavours, and the paneer tikka deserves a chef’s kiss. Don’t miss their innovative cheese naan with pumpkin seeds — such a clever and tasty twist! Truly one of the most heartwarming and flavourful hotel experiences we've ever had. Would return in a heartbeat!

Very well located property. I have been staying here for 20+ years and seen it evolve. Renovations were done, but with mediocre material. Falls apart regularly (showers, A/C etc.). Food has variety but very repetitive and understandably some dishes lack freshness (due to island status?). Surprisingly very limited fish for a land surrounded by the ocean. Overall I think ‘Welcome’ group is taking advantage of the location and lack of competition to overprice the rooms for an average, mediocre experience.
