No Air conditioning, Demanded extra money after alot struggle allowed to stay but no room service was available. Staffs behaviour was not good

Average Stay
I will suggest get the booking done directly from banarsi kothi rather than going through fab express. The overall experience and stay was nice also staff was very helpful

Excellent Stay
"excellent stay at banaras kothi ! the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a touch of banaras culture. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful, going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The location is ideal, close to the ghats and key attractions, yet peaceful. The food, especially the local delicacies, was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone visiting banaras"

Terrible Stay
Rooms condition were pathetic. Staffs were non responsive. No cleanings were done. Moulds were there in the washroom.

Worst stay so far. The staff is worst, not knowing what to do, the lenin on bed and blanket have stains, hot water cooler is not working, and the worst part is they lost our room key and my room is unlock for 5-6hrs(if you want the proof i can provide the video evidence of all)

businessThe hotel is good and clean, but the staff assigns single men to rooms on the 3rd floor, even when rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are vacant. I didn’t like this.

Worthy family stay
Location is very good, just in front of sankatamochan hanuman temple. Front office and hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Food, amenities and services all are acceptable and satisfactory.

soloRoom is clean hotel near sankatmochan gate and staff is good but food arrangement nil. Hotel is without lift. Over all good

Excellent Stay
Rooms are not very spacious. The location is good it’s centrally located. The hotel staffs is very cooperative and helpful. There is no dedicated parking available
