the stay in vikram palace has fantastic and staff are very helpful and friendly and they restaurant service also good and food also good i stayed for 3 days with my family

Very Bad experience
behavior of manager was very rude,water is allowed only 1 litre per person per day,after that u have to pay for water.AC was not working properly.

The stay was very nice, neat and clean room, best amenities. They should improve their buffet service and at night my booking was with breakfast and dinner and in dinner they have only provided me a veg thali with no deserts

Pathetic staff pathetic staff and unprofessional receptionists
coupleI was traveling with my wife and my infant child, the receptionist has asked me to submit marriage certificate, although we have give our passport to them. This very pathetic and unprofessional approach. Also they don't have parking.

Covid 19
Staff didn't were a mask. Location is very sound, no traffic.
