Extremely good hotel and it's staff members.
It is very good, nearly 4.5 points. There is no vehicle connectivity up to the hotel. This is only the drawback. However, staff members are very helpful. They themselves picked up our luggage from the nearest point to the hotel.

Bad experience - not for a family trip
Pros: 1. within 600 meters, you will reach famous tourist spots like Kashi Mandir, Manikarnika ghat, famous Lassi and cream toast tea shop. 2. Hotel staff are supportive. Cons: 1. There is no road to reach the hotel by auto/ car/ rickshaw. You will have to walk with your luggage for at least 300 meters. 2. Staying here feels like staying in a ghost house, not a pleasant property.

Excellent Stay
I booked two rooms at Bagla Atithi Bhawan, and our overall experience was truly delightful. The staff was incredibly helpful in every matter — they even arranged umbrellas for us when needed, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the facilities are excellent. They provide towels, water bottles, a water kettle, and tea, which made our stay very comfortable. There’s also a restaurant on the top floor named “Varaa”, which serves food throughout the day. We had both breakfast and lunch there, and I highly recommend trying the lunch. We ordered veg fried rice and curd rice, and both were absolutely delicious. The location is another major plus — just a 5-minute walk from Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Gate No. 4). Keep in mind that cars are not allowed close to the hotel, but you can easily get around using rickshaws or tuk-tuks. When we arrived, our cab from the airport could only drop us about 1 km away. A staff member, Shubham, kindly came all the way to the drop point, picked us up in a tuk-tuk, and took us to the hotel. His helpfulness made the arrival smooth and stress-free. I 100% recommend this hotel and would gladly choose or suggest Bagla Atithi Bhawan to anyone visiting Kashi. Tip: Take a walk through the gullies of Kashi — it’s a unique and unforgettable experience that captures the real essence of the city.

Stay at Bagla ,Banaras
Inspite of the fact that that there is no way that taxis can go up to the hotel they sent a boy to take us from a spot half a km away.The staff were quite helpful and the room was clean.The food served in the restaurant was quite tasty and reasonably priced.Overall our experience was good though the location of the hotel is challenging.I wish the hotel keeps a few taxi operators to meet the need of guests.

Excellent Stay
The location is 3-4 min walk from the vishwanath temple entry gates. The hotel room was very clean, bedding was clean, rooms were not smelly, AC working well, Warm water available 24x7. Staff was extremely helpful and basic services like 2 bottles of water, Hot water kettle in room, cleaning were maintained daily. They have a in-house restaurant serving breakfast and meals. Overall a nice, safe and clean place to stay very close to the temple. Note: Due to the traffic control restrictions the hotel is not accessible by taxi. So there can be an instnce where one needs to walk at times around 1 km to reach the hotel. Hotel has an elevator

Hotel Location is the plus point
While the location is central, the last mile accessibility is not easy with a vehicle. Need to walk for almost 300m with luggage through narrow and messy lanes to reach the hotel. The hotel sends their staff to a central point to help with directions and carrying the bags. Rooms are clean but there was no window/ventilation. Service was average. You have to ask for basic items such as toiletries etc. in case you don’t find them in the room.

its nicely located and well maintained hotel . cleanliness could have been better . but rest of things are as you see make my trip booking exp. was bad though . booking showed only one person while we booked for two . hotel was kind enough to not do a lot of jhig jhig . you can book directly from the hotel .

the hotel is close to kashi Vishwanath temple. the hotel staff is very helpful. the rooms are very clean. the food in the restaurant is limited in menu. overall I had a very good stay here. I stayed here alone and the staff was very helpful in helping me navigate the city

Well maintained than other hotels in the area. Well received by the management at the reception. Complimentary breakfast at the restaurant is very good. I would have rated 5 if the washrooms are maintained better, towels and soap & shampoo are provided

Location is very close to the temple but finding the hotel is difficult although the staff are cooperative. Food is good but a bit costly amenities are good and services are also good.

I had a very good experience during my stay at your hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hospitality provided by the staff was excellent. It was a pleasant stay. They send their staff to pick me up. There service was up to date. The staff was polite. The food was also tasty and the best part it was just 500m to kashi vishwnath temple , dashaswamedh ghat, and ma annupurna mandir. Over all it was a pleasant stay

Good Stay
The food was good, but the lemon juice provided was disgusting taste, didn't expect it.The waiter said they could change it, but I wasn't interesed for that. Overall happy with the stay and would recommed it for a short stay. Wouldn't reccomend for elderly or disabbled and people with lot of luggage as no taxi or tuk tuk reaches the hotel. You need to walk to the hotel for a atleast 500m+
