If hospitality had any benchmark then I am sure Umaod Bhawan Palace has to be it. We had experience of a life time from the get go and I can write a whole page naming people like Kan Singh, Karan, Chandan, Samudra and a hundered others.

Great experience. The property is great to have a staycation and the whole royal charm wins you over. Delicacies from Chef Shobhit were awesome. Karanji served us throughout the stay, his humble nature and courtesy towards us truly won us over. Chetan clicked some great pictures and helped us take back a lot of memories. Rajnandini was great in helping us throughout the stay

Food was very nice even hospitality was outstanding. Specially jabar and saddique m Rath in dining hall were amazing personalities who were very soft spoken and serving food us like homely environment

It was superb experience each and every staff is so cooperative. property is wonderful food was so very tasty.Hotel staff specially Rajnandni is so very good she is so friendly,in kitchen mr Siddique is so cooperative and chef Mr Shobhit is the best cook and very friendly

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Ishpreet at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. Sikandar ji gave us a wonderful tour of the palace – his knowledge and passion truly brought the history of the property to life. The palace itself is majestic, beautifully maintained, and offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The indoor swimming pool was another highlight, and the lifeguard there was very attentive and supportive, especially with the kids. The restaurant staff was excellent as well – a big thank you to Karan ji for his exceptional service during our meals. A special mention to Swaroop ji, who surprised us with a thoughtful gesture for one of our birthdays, making our celebration even more memorable. If I’ve missed anyone’s name, I sincerely apologize – every member of the staff was incredibly kind, courteous, and supportive. Thank you Umaid Bhavan Palace for making our stay truly royal!

The stay at umaid bhawan palace was sure the most luxury experience of all with a lot of warmth and love. The staff was so respectful and hospitable, i loved each and every bit of my stay, the staff made sure that we have a great time. Ave-en at reception was very nice, kapil barsha and karan at the restaurant were so good also narayan singh at the housekeeping was so warm he specially made the bath tub so beautiful and pretty also even vikram achal prabhu narayan was very nice. Mohan and the person along w him was also v nice also they did a channi ceremony which was too good ! the food staff everything was just so royal

The property is excellent in terms of decor and the upkeep. Staff at every department like the front desk, housekeeping, f&b, spa and watch & ward are very friendly and hospitable. They made our stay memorable.

I stayed at umaid bhawan palace, its such a paradise on earth and hospitality is so good, berishal, narender achal helped me throughout my trip. Staff is helpful and kind too. Chefs are also good, rahul i guess one of them.
