Average Stay
Nice property with clean and spacious rooms. The service was good as well. Food is pretty average especially the breakfast buffet. Lunch and Dinner were better. The pool is also not very clean and well maintained

Location is not good ,very bad road to get there, . Food was good Room service was slow We checked out one day prior to original check out,due to some emergency but,no refund given to us& our request rejected.

Good Stay
Quite comfortable but room service response should have been better,---it was slow. Also please make your cancellation policy more flexible.,in case of real emergency. We wanted to check one day one day prior to our planned check out due to some emergency. Our request for that was rejected by Make my trip team as well as by the hotel staff. That is unfair. We checked out one day earlier &did not get any refund for that.

not a 5 star property.. ita actually a 3 star ... no maintanence... overpriced uncooked food . spiders in room... dirty n smelly carpet.. charging 500 per person for snooker with the mix ball of pool n snooker

Ventilation issue in the rooms
Common areas were great but the room had some serious ventilation issues. As soon as we entered the room we could feel the smell.

Excellent Stay
This stay was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. MMT got me a really good deal and I grabbed this hotel for a very low price. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. The stay gave me a vibe of living in a palace altogether.

Terrible Stay
Dear Owner, I am writing to bring to your attention the horrible experience I had in Room No. 131. There were several issues: 1. No electricity for the entire night. 2. The washroom lacked a proper drainage outlet system. 3. Given these problems, I feel that the money spent was a complete waste. People come for work and leisure, and we spend money expecting a comfortable stay. My mental trauma was significant due to these issues. Completely Dissatisfied
