we just stayed overnight on our pilgrimage trip.. Neat and decent hotel.. Food/restaurant is not available..

Family trip for a function. Location is ok. Amenities and services are pathetic. AC doesn’t work if there is power cut. You have to ask for toiletries, towels are of worst quality. No hot water supply to room, you have to wait for bucket supply to room. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everybody speaking in the lobby disturbing your sleep badly. No parking at all, the lift doesn’t work if there is no power. There is no geyser inside the rooms. It is a glorified 2nd class lodge. Not worth the price. I don’t recommend this on MMTRIP

While the room was clean, there were a few issues -1) the lift was not working on all days except for when the time when we checked in . 2) the hot water geyser and ac are controlled by the receptionist who switches them off as he pleases. 3) the hotel door was locked one of the evenings when we returned to the hotel, we had to call to get the main door unlocked. Seems like there is no full time receptionist at the hotel. 4) A coffee maker will make a great addition to the room. 5) The room was not cleaned for the three days. If these issues are addressed It would make for a great hotel.
