Review Of Uma Ganga Paying Guest House

My stay in Uma Ganga is good. It was clean and it is very close (few steps) to the famous Anna Purana Mandir. The staff present was cordial & helpful. So all over my experience during my stay in Uma Ganga is good.

Good stay but tv is no working. It z was an nyc experience. Thunk

It was a pleasant stay for my mother and father they liked it

It’s located between gullys of gullies. Room is not cleaned, room allocated with litter and a mice inside. Sofa is torn and bed sheet had pin holes.

We not get hotel location when we reach beacuse its very difficult to find. We try to call on given number but no one pick after 100 try so we have to book another hotel.

The very dirty room staff's behaviour was very rude. Even property owner behaviour is very rude while the checking room is found very dirty and he is saying you should cross verify the condition own thats your responsibility. I recommend no one should book this property in future.

The rooms and bathroom were not clean,mats and curtains were dirty. Pillow covers and😟bedsheet were not washed. Very difficult to trace the location.

I like the room. Room is very decent king size bed, spacious room. Room has proper ventilation. This guest house has access to everything. You are in the heart of the pilgrimage.

It’s amazing location, close to the dashaswamwgh ghat, close to baba vishwanath temple, close to dhundiraj ganapati, close to sakahi ganpati temples, close to vishlaxi ma shaktipeetha and close yo annapurna temple. All within 5-10 mins walking distance. You can not get a better place then this. Amazing location right at the shivala ghat, very nice and clean hotel. People in this hotel are very friendly. They arrange a boat trip for dev dipawali and it is really worth. Please do join them. I really like the stay over there at akash ganga.

Room was small with no toilet attached. Walls cracked as it was very old and windows cannot be opened. Room door cannot be closed, it has to be dragged. Bed linen was not clean, mattress was stinky and pillows are smelly. No alternate rooms shown though requested. When asked for cancellation 1 day room rent was penalty though we did not stayed there. Totally terrible experience with money loss.

Very bad experience bcz u not give me attach bathroom. Only 1 commen bathroom. There are many people booked in open area. They also use common bathroom. Very bad booking by make my trip team. Rating 0 for this status.

बीच बाजार मे होटल रहने के कारण आपको 1 km पैदल चलना ही होगा, बाजार की संकरी गलियों के साथ, room के साथ attached bathroom नहीं है, कॉमन bathroom है, साफ सुथरा ठीक ही है.

Good service and temple very near the hotel

My wife a kidney patient has to share common bathroom.

Worst experience in a hotel till now. 1) when i reached hotel on 23rd, that owner haven't kept a room for me which i had booked 10 days prior. 2) he gave a room in nearby another hotel, just for a night saying that it's an expensive room we can't give you for your entire stay, but i already told that person i can only change the room at evening. 3) next day when i was visiting & exploring different temples of varanasi that person called me and start bothering me to come right now & change the room at 10 am only, who the hell hotel people are to call me and annoy like that? 4) any how i have to agree with him & changed the room around 12:40 pm 5) the new room which he provided me wasn't have any separate washroom, there was 1 washroom for 3 different rooms. 6) washroom was combined only in the area of 3 x 3 foot. 7) at the last day when i had to checkout at 12 pm, that irritating person came and started requesting to checkout at 11 am only as there were more customers like me who had payed in advanced but he failed to keep a room for them, & obviously i vent my all 2 days anger at that time. I mean who the hell he was to not provide me with the room at first night? who the hell he was to call me during my exploration of temple? who the hell he was to ask me for an early checkout?

1. This was the worst experience of mmt, requesting you to please remove this hotel under your banner list otherwise mmt is going to loose its diginity

There was common toilet. Its very bad

very near to bishwanath temple..only 250 meters.well behaved employees.only one complaint from my side, washroom is not attached and if you have any old aged person in your family it will be tough for him/her to go upstairs as stairs are very steep.

Very near to kashi vishwanath temple. Customer service is too good. Satisfied.

Very poor service, bad people managing the hotel, they don't know how to treat, whatever facility they promised you if you demand it they become panic, before booking whatever facility they are showing us, will give you nothing cheater are running the hotel only for making money they exaggerates everything but in reality you will find nothing like that.
