properties very good Neet and tidy

the hotel was good but it lacked basic things like water and all everything was to be paid nothing was free and didn't feel security much

room service was disasterous.

No hot water. Even after multiple complaints there was no solution. The bathroom door was broken. The room was smelling even after using the room freshener.

The room was smelly and the dustbin was not clean and also they didn’t even remove the dirty towels overall bad

Good Things : If budget constraint is there then it's good. Room size was good. Walking distance from Devka Beach. Bad Things: Property was average as per the price of Hotel. Badsheet was smelling bad. No Proper ventilation.

The toilet of one of the rooms I got had a faulty flush, i couldn't use it, the property has no lift and i have to take the luggage up to the 3rd floor, all by my own. They didn't even give complimentary water bottles, towels, soap, etc. When asked for tea in the morning, they didn't respond to that, as they were sleeping on the counter. All i can say is that it was a terrible experience.

What should i describe about hotel because nothing was good start to end everything was worst. 1. Rooms are dirty. 2. Bathroom is worst (broken door) 3. Beds are with stains & Broken. 4. Staff is very rude. Never visit this place high recommended.

Room was average, not properly maintained, AC Water leaking, and there are many more....hospitality is good.
