Good stay but lacks4 wheeler access.
The stay was good. Checkin was easy. Had issue only with the smell, must have been the monsoon rains. The property sits well on a prime location but has no 4 wheeler access. Need autos or bikes to reach here.

We had booked the superior category room for 4 nights and had a great experience at the hotel. Have summarized as below: Accessibility to city centre and tourist attractions (10/10) Hospitality (10/10) Food (10/10) Room space (11/10) Hotel/ Room amenities (8/10) - only one major concern i.e. WiFi Highly recommended!

It was ok experience, the staff was not that friendly. The rooms were ok and clean. The only benefit was proximity to pichola lake

Terrible Stay
worst experience . they don't provide all facilities which mension in booking . if you want eat food in room they don't provide . they said come on the fourth floor and take to you your room . in booking they mentioned confirm 2 hour late check out from original check out time 11.00am . but they said this is wrong and you check out before 10.00 am . also mentioned mineral water is free but they only provide 1 bottle per day for 4 person . and worst thing is the staff not properly behave to guest.

Not up to the mark . Staff was not supportive.The hotel unfortunately was not supportive when I requested assistance during my stay, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the hygiene standards in the rooms and common areas were not up to the mark. However, the one highlight was the great food offered at their restaurant, which truly made my experience better.

Terrible Stay
Never stayed there because the car cannot move into that narrow lane. Do you expect guests to walk with heavy luggage nearly 800 m to this hotel. There were no autos available and there was one guy who wanted 800 rupees to drop to hotel

Excellent Stay
It’s great place to stay if you want to visit all the attractions in old city area and market. They also have a rooftop restaurant and the view from there is awesome.
