All over experience are very bed one day stay with Treebo Royal Imperial in Bikaner Very Bed Room Quality, Very Bed Room Service like(Tea Cup, Food Plate) are not Collected after Eating food, Bathroom Properly not Cleaning like( Handwash not available in hotel, Toilet not clean), Water was dripping from the ceiling of the room, After Given order late service provide I was book through MMT with Breakfast I asking about Breakfast he says that available only Poha and Bread (Amount Approx- 30-80 Rs) but Via MMT Breakfast charges approx 250-300 Rs I asking to my breakfast charge he told that Menu not mention in Book Slide and also available in 10 % discount in food beverage but full amount charged by Hotel Management I suggested to all of you pls avoid this Hotel for Stay

Terrible Stay
Very bad behavior of front desk. Every one trying to show himself as a manager. No one is taking the responsibility as house keeping, वेटर , No one responsible for room cleaning. Out of three days not a single time room was clean. No badsheet and pillow change. I am never suggest this Hotel to any one

Not suitable for staying with family. Everywhere beer smells, reception area is so small that you can keep luggage even, lift was not working. Overall not good

The overall experience is pathetic, room size is too small, service is no upto the mark in fact they took too much time for a small request like water bottle, half of the manu item is available due to chef is not there, in brackfast you can choose only 1 option, inface have ordered at 8:45am and while i am writing still waiting for beackfast, not at all recommended for family. I am not sharing review here to get discount, it's about to improve service & please remove mybiz assured. Especially from a property like this
