Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience – Unhygienic Rooms & Rude Staff B
We had a family trip with four rooms booked at Jai Club, and what was supposed to be a pleasant stay turned into a horrible experience. We checked in at 6:30 PM, only to be shocked by the terrible condition of all the rooms. There was a strong foul odour, visible fungus on the walls, and poorly maintained flooring. The environment was so bad that our 6-year-old child, who is asthmatic, immediately suffered breathing difficulty, and we had to give him his inhaler due to the unhygienic and suffocating room atmosphere. We requested a room change, hoping it was just one bad room — but to our disappointment, every room we were shown was in the same pathetic condition. To make matters worse, it was raining heavily outside, leaving us with no immediate place to go. Despite explaining our situation, the staff at Jai Club were extremely rude and indifferent, to address our concerns or even offer basic courtesy. With no other option, we immediately checked out with our entire family, deeply upset and inconvenienced. What was meant to be a memorable family stay turned into a nightmare because of the poor facilities

Average Stay
Location is ok. We can move to jaipur spots easily accessible. Room is not that clean.. Maintenance is not good.. Due to rat we were not able to sleep 1day. I got room changed the next day.

Poor Stay
The Hotel while being affordable is in sheer need of some renovation and maintenance. Also the management could be a little more accommodating and focused on customer delight.

Excellent Stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The bathroom was clean with good toiletries, and the rooftop café had a nice city view to relax. Felt safe and well taken care of the whole time.

Room service is not good and they don’t have buffet in breakfast. They provide only one Partha and 2 sandwich for per person. They provide Only 2 water bottler which is 200ML

Poor Stay
Parking is big problem in this property as they have in-house cafe and restaurant they don’t leave any parking free for staying guest. Property is not well maintained. Bathrooms are stinky.

Unfriendly staff and low quality food

soloWell maintained rooms, washrooms are good with all basis toilteries, but window lock was broken, the hotel is very near to city palace that is a very well known tourist attraction
