excellence - top notch services
Perfect place to stay , so clean and tidy , supportive staff , good breakfast , very near to bus stop and located in city main Center .! Worth for each penny we spend here ! I truly support this hotel and I recommend this for family and couple stay

Average Stay
Room was good, neat & clean. But AC was not working properly. Also no food is available in the hotel, except breakfast. They told us to get on swiggy or zomato or go outside!!!😢

Good place to stay with some downsides. Room size very small. Breakfast is lacklustre. Had to followup for a replacement towel. Toilet flush not working. Breakfast very average Property location good Difficult to stay more than a day.

Good place to stay for a small trip with locational advant
A good place to stay. Nice location though it's very near to Main Road & Bus Stand but slightly on the inner side lane making it a quiet place. Very cooperative & helpful staff. Cleaner rooms & Toilet. Complementary Breakfast needs improvement as items finish if you reach a bit late for breakfast. Toilet kit need to be asked for and daily replenishment is missing. Rooms are smaller in size. Toiletries not provided daily...you have asked for every time

they mention extra 2hours complimentary stay. I was check in for 6:30 pm & i was check out for same in next day. but that charged for 2 days .

Maintenance is very poor
They don't even provide the bathroom kits like brushes and extra. And the soap was very poor. Not worth for that much tariffs

The sheets in our room were not clean. The staff changed it after we complained. The bathrooms were good and clean though. The corridor, room etc were a bit congested, looking like a lodge. No fresh coffee/ tea served part of breakfast. Only tea packets and milk powder kept. Overall average.

Room is good. But informed to check tv connection details they never visited. Food is fixed and comes from outside only. Need to arrange food inside the hotel itself.

Not worth a second stay!
Cheap hotel, not worth the stars. Everything optimised to the basic, weak wi-fi. One bath towel for 2 people, no hand towels. No toilet rolls or napkins. Breakfast served in room at 8. 30 am in a plastic tray. We did not like the stay.
