very poor received because of I have booked in MakeMyTrip, smelling in their room, no service for all kind of things,simply no bucket in bathroom room's just ok

The rooms were quite good and the services were excellent , specially miss Dhanya at the reception was very cordial and helpful . Even though my train and their breakfast counter was about to close they waited for me beyond their time which was very thoughtful of them .

The location is so good that we can access all major tourist points in Vellore very easily. We had our complementary breakfast there and it was delicious with enough varieties. The staff were cooperative. What are all the things we asked for, they provided without any hesitation and delay. The bathwater is hardwater and it irritates your skin. The hotel was renivating so the whole place is dusty

Hotel Is not an 5 star hotel which is equivalent to 1 star hotel no basic amenities room and rest room are dirty. When i entered in to reception he is not responding to me he is concentrating only on IPL match service is pathetic

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a decent experience, but this time around was a bit disappointing. The staff were helpful and accommodating, which I really appreciated—that part hasn’t changed. However, I was surprised to be charged extra for a second person, even though the room clearly had space for two. I also extended my stay at the counter, and no one mentioned that breakfast was included in my booking. I only found out at check-out, which felt like a missed opportunity. Another downside was the construction going on inside the hotel—it made getting in and out kind of a hassle. The location is great and the place has potential. If they can smooth out a few service issues, I’d be happy to stay again and wouldn’t have to think twice about it.

Location is good for traveller but not for CMC goer.Amenities are ok.Too much lavish thinking keep one gasping for little thing . like missing hand wash in bathroom.All shampoo and body wash at a bay from washbasin.No hand shower in bathroom, difficult for ladies to shower without wetting theri

The hotel is under renovation. They have construction work like drillling demolitions going from 6 AM to 9 PM. Continuous noise in the room like it was banging in the head. I suggest MMT should take out this property until they finish their renovation

The hotel is well located in green circle of vellore.Convient for cmc treatment patient.Food is average .Very spices and oily food.North indian food is not available .Overall it is good for staying if you don't give much attention for food.

The hotel is located near to bus stand. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful for a smooth check process. Attached with a restaurant in the next building. Had a good stay ..
