experience with booked hotel
The room booking date from 08/5/2022 to 10/5/2022 but I arrived there on 8/5/2022, 07 pm and got my booking ID Showed up, but the hotel receptionist said he had no idea about my booking and kicked me and my family out of the hotel. You have to take responsibility for all the mental anguish caused by my room being booked in advance and I was evicted because I paid a full payment and I was very stressed out and I took a room in another place after wandering for a couple of hours where my family is not familiar with me. It is therefore you may refund my payment which I paid for room

Hotel is not honoring the online booking made through MMT.
Very poor. Reached hotel at around 11pm. Care taker says there is no room. He says I don't know talk to MMT/OYO. Complained to MMT customer care, response was will get back to you in 15 minutes, but there was no response. Caretaker accommodated us in a unfinished, unready damaged room. Thereafter promising that please manage for tonight and tomorrow I will provide good suitable room. Is this the way MMT works. Very disgusting.

Went at a time when it was full booked- service compromised
There was no hassle to get a room but the bed had no sheets, there were no towels, no toiletries. And even after informing, they were unable to provide. The staff were very friendly and efficient in everything else, be it bringing dinner or arranging for transport. It felt like they were overwhelmed with the place being fully booked and could not keep up. Reason was VIT admission and multiple workshops at CMC Vellore. For one night stay, it was enough but far below expected.

Bit far from city. But that's what I wanted cause I have my own vehicle. Otherwise also Mr Balu (Manager) can arrange you auto in no time. Even though I had language issue, but Mr. Balu was very cooperative. Downstairs a hypermarket available, so need to basis stuffs are available. Over all, it was good.

Location little far from CMC Vellore. Rooms are ok. There is no concept of room service in this hotel. Tv not working.
